The photographs on this page were taken prior to the current tenant moving into this first floor apartment at 15 North Baldwin. The apartment is in good mechanical shape, however, it will need painting and cleaning to return it to the condition shown in these photographs. That work will be done before occupancy. This apartment rents for $700 per month including all utilities and is available August 1, 2005. There is laundry in the basement at no additional charge.
The yard has a great deal of potential. These photographs were taken when I lived at this location and took care of the gardening personally. This is an ideal location for someone interested in gardening. There are many raspberries and other perennial plants.
