The picture below is the living room. Two light sconces between the window and a ceiling fan with light. Sunlight from this window is from the west.

The picture below is a veiw from the living room showing the window in the middle bedroom. To the right is the kitchen.

The three pictures below are the front bedroom. We painted this bedroom/office/den a color called "potting soil". It's a very dark, almost black with a hint of green, accented with white wood work.
Notice the shinny new hardwood floors? Very easy to clean!
There is a long shelf in the room that is above the closet door. Perfect for banker boxes if you use this room as an office.
And of course, a large walk-in closet which also serves as the access point for internet, cable, satalite for the whole unit. We ran speaker wire, coax and DSL wires to all rooms. Access and control center is in this closet.
Southern window light is very warm and bright in winter! This room is in the front of the unit, and faces N Baldwin.

2009 BEFORE PICTURES

All of the pictures below where taken before the remodel. They do not show the new hardwood flooring and they do not show the new ceiling fans. HOWEVER, they do show the space.

The tree in the backyard has since been removed. The veiw through the kitchens 4' window overlooks the backyard. The shelves on the corners have speaker wires that run to the patch panel in the front bedroom closet.

Sink has been replaced with sink and vanity cabinet.
